Why would I get a tuning?

A Tuning is a non invasive energetic clearing of the energetic body which embodies a subtle energy field, -the bio field. WHAT HAPPENS IN A TUNING? HOW TO PREPARE
A Tuning Session is a clothes on treatment, however we ask that you wear comfortable or looser fitting clothes that are do not have hard or stiff fabrics such as jeans for example. It is a subtle and relaxing treatment that allows for a deep unguided meditative state. Each Tuning is designed for different aspects. There is minimal contact to the body, but some people find themselves feeling cold spots or deeply relaxed. It is recommended to drink water and eat if necessary to feel back in your body again.

REIKI VS A TUNING
