These services are an extension of Luxury Specialty Facials. These treatments are utilizing specific modalities which provide an affect on the skin providing clinical results as per the company, med spa industry standards and in some cases, Medical Journals. Treatments performed effectively and paired with the proper candidate yield the best results.
Exfoliation Treatments
Microdermabrasion whether with crystal flow or diamond tips, dermabrasion lifts and separates old skin from new, increases blood circulation, cleans and brightens skin. A softening of skin by resurfacing, microdermabrasion can work to lessen acne scars with multiple treatments and stave of permanent stretch marks when addressed within a year of birthing. Skin is left pleasantly pink and glowy. With multiple treatments it is the mildest of resurfacing with great gains for those with thicker skin.

Similar to a light Glow-Up a medium intensity has more bite and and some heat. Broken capillaries affect thinning skin making tiny red blood vessels more prominent in the surface of the skin. The most effective and permanent form of removal is electrocautery of the area with tiny needle like rod. The service is made as comfortable as possible by cooling the skin before and after. The current is applied coagulating the blood. With time the body will disintegrate the remaining coagulated blood and the area will have tiny thin scabs that will heal and slough off within a few days. It is imperative to follow after care for optimal results. We like to keep the area dry but will apply a very light healing ointment and sunscreen.
This is the same procedure which is followed for Electrolysis for permanent hair removal.

The area is degreased and cleansed with hydrogen peroxide and iced with N02 – nitrous oxide to make for a comfortable service. The area should feel numb and at that point electrocautery is applied to remove the unwanted growth from the surface of the skin making it flush and flat. With electrocautery the area will require time to heal as it is a superficial burn that has a scab and as it heals any demarcations will fade with proper after care, sunscreen, reduced or elimination of sun exposure and time. Despite the best care everyone heals differently and in some rare cases, there can be irregular texture and/or depressions from the healing. This is why after care must be adhered to as much as possible. Should this be the case, the area can be address with localized microneedling which will heal and remodel the skin. We like to keep the area dry but will apply a very light healing ointment and sunscreen.
Using electrofulguration to carbonize the upper layers of the epidermis and shallow depths in the dermis to create a superficial wound which also tightens the skin. Tiny carbonized dots in a customized fractionated combination gives skin the opportunity to send rejuvenating healing cells to treated carbonized skin. Since the area treated is individual the results work with where you need it most. Working similar to lasers in that it is fractionated, unlike lasers, fibroblast can get very close to the last line. This treatment causes swelling and post care is similar to that of a sunburn. Only candidates who have a lifestyle which uses proper skin care and are diligent post care will achieve optimal results.
