Are you a seasoned Trusts and Estates Attorney with a passion for helping
clients navigate the complex world of estate planning and asset protection? Do

opportunity for you. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trusts and
Estates Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic
opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide expert advice
on a wide range of trust and estate matters.
Responsibilities:
As a Trusts and Estates Attorney, you will be responsible for a diverse range
of tasks, including:
1. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on complex estate
planning, asset protection planning, and trusts & estates administration.
2. Developing and implementing sophisticated estate plans and wealth transfer
strategies.
3. Handling all aspects of trust administration, including the preparation of
estate tax returns.
4. Working closely with clients and their advisors to understand their needs
and objectives and to develop tailored solutions.
5. Leading in-person client meetings and developing strong, long-term client
relationships.
6. Contributing to the growth and development of the firm by identifying and
capitalizing on new business opportunities.
7. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in trust and estate law and
using this knowledge to provide the best possible advice to clients.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex estate planning, asset
protection planning, and trusts & estates administration.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to
handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
4. Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to lead in-person
client meetings and develop long-term client relationships.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
6. A strong motivation to contribute to the growth and development of the
firm.
7. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and
ethics.
8. Admission to the state bar in NY, NJ & CT.
