We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate accounting and financial analysis, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards, including SOX. The Senior Accountant will work closely with other finance professionals to maintain the integrity of our financial data and assist in strategic decision-making.

*Duties*
* Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends.
* Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Oversee the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
* Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and ADP, for efficient financial management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial concepts and performance metrics.
* Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to guide organizational planning.

*Experience*
* Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role
* Familiarity with ADP and QuickBooks preferred
* Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
* Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all work
