FUNCTION: Product Supply

LOCATION: Cary, North Carolina

TYPE: Permanent

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

• Ensure Quality++ strategy is aligned and deployed into the NA business priorities of Envu and its culture
• Lead quality of our outsourced manufacturing network to meet our company standards, processes and needed local regulations.
• Lead NA nonconformance management covering complaints, product holds and incidents/recalls.
• Provide trainings on Quality processes and systems, analyze data and trends as input for Quality process Reviews and basis for CAPA projects at regional level
• Escalate major issues to the global QHSE organization

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Direct, coordinate and control, in compliance with Envu and local rules and standards, the management of the Quality system in NA
• Oversee and manage all quality activities required to control outsourced productions sites (tollers, in licensed suppliers) ensuring all quality and compliance standards are met
• Lead NA Quality issues and resolution and steer regional Corrective actions, KPIs.
• Contribute to global corrective actions when appropriate
• Contribute to Product Holds and Product Recalls
• Actively contribute to the tollers audit plan, run Quality audits, monitor and coordinate Quality audits with external partners.Identify and utilize other external/internal audit/knowledge resources as needed.
• Oversee and manage activities with new and existing fertilizer formulators ensuring all unique industry quality and compliance standards are met
• Develop Quality culture and harmonized communication to reinforce awareness and adhesion across the overall Envu organization
• Provide input for Quality Data Management Strategy, KPI’s, and overall Quality reporting

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• BS Degree or higher in QHSE, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related fields
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in QHSE field
• Flexibility and ability to reduce complexity
• Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders across the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes and systems
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills
• Demonstrate a high level of comfort with ambiguity and strong ability to respond quickly to new opportunities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Job holder must speak and write fluent business English
