Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will support a wide variety of external and internal marketing activities related to the communication of our products, brand, and culture. The Marketing Intern will play an important role in external and internal communications and photography coordination - working with design partners to coordinate photography and interviewing internal team members to gather content. In addition to this responsibility, the role will support various marketing-related projects, including but not limited to effective CRM data flow, content development, collateral updates, social media, and website maintenance.
Opportunities exist to learn additional areas of marketing such as social media, market research, videography, and digital advertising.

The position would be full-time with the ability to transition to be promoted into a full-time salaried role in six months.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Photography & Content Development - Assist with photography and content development for award submissions, the website and project profiles.

  • Communications: External and internal - in collaboration with HR

  • Client Proposals & Interviews - Assist with proposal and presentation development.

  • CRM Maintenance, Reporting & Lead Tracking/Hand-off - Support CRM leads by cleaning up data and ensuring proper flow to sales.


  • Support corporate marketing initiatives area(s) to be determined based on candidate skillset and interests - i.e., website, social, email, and digital advertising.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Preferred completion of two-year degree in business or marketing

  • Two years previous experience in marketing, including event planning, product showcasing, graphic design, social media, and copy development.

  • Strong project management skills


  • Familiar using social media platforms.

  • Experience utilizing MS Office, Adobe software, and WordPress.


  • Deadline and detail-oriented
