Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Orlando Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year The role you’ll contribute: The Strategic Partnerships Director leads strategy and execution across the Central Florida Division (CFD) for strategic marketing of partnerships that may include sports, entertainment and/or other key strategic partnerships. This position is required to manage, build and grow these relationships and to ensure that their strategies are aligned to AdventHealth's priorities and initiatives to include building brand perception and driving revenue. This leader directs a cross-functional team of marketers and is responsible to collaborate across multiple internal teams including clinical, operations and corporate sales. This leader is accountable for partnership relationship management, as well as strategy, planning, execution and measurement. This role requires a strategic and creative leader with deep partnership and marketing experience. This director is a critical member of the marketing team who actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The value you’ll bring to the team: Provides marketing leadership and strategy for CFD sports partnerships across portfolio that may include professional, collegiate, and amateur sports as well as strategic business partners. Directs and develops marketing plans and execution, integrated marketing approach, advertising campaigns, communications, activations/experiential marketing, digital/social, events, ROI reports, entertainment & strategic business partnership strategies across Central Florida. Directs and manages partner brand guidelines and approval for AdventHealth across Central Florida footprint. Oversees the development of medical innovation models to drive revenue through partnerships, working across clinical, operational and business units. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Sports Marketing or related field. 7+ hands-on experience in marketing strategy, mass communication, advertising, or related fields. 5+ hands-on experience in partnerships for sports, entertainment or motorsports. 3+ years managing cross-functional teams.
