We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Professional job manager and Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of our services, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach with experience driving box trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carefully pack, load, and unload clients' belongings, ensuring their safe and secure transport.
2. Perform in-home moving services, such as rearranging furniture and organizing rooms.
3. Assist with long-distance moving services, coordinating with other team members to ensure a smooth and timely relocation.
4. Handle removal tasks, including disposing of unwanted items in an eco-friendly manner.
5. Deliver furniture and other items, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to clients.
6. Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.
7. Provide excellent customer service, addressing clients' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
8. Maintain company equipment and vehicles, ensuring their cleanliness and proper functioning.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of moving projects.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
7. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
8. Flexibility to work weekends, and evenings as needed.
9. Background check and drug screening may be required.
