What will your compensation be?: $22.25 per hour When does this adventure begin?: This role is posted for our spring/summer 2025 season! What will you do in this job?: As the Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you will coordinate the daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms with the Housekeeping staff. You will provide excellent Guest Service to Lodge guests. The Housekeeping Assistant Manager will ensure that every room is cleaned to the high standards of the Lodge. The Housekeeping Assistant Manager will follow trained procedures of chemical use and cleaning routines. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including: - Formulate and communicate the daily direction to staff based on the arrival and departure of guests
- Oversee the detailing, cleaning and inspections of guest rooms
- Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping and Front Desk team members to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
What skills and experience do you need for this job?: - Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
- Provide positive guest service
- Self-motivated and team player attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
