We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Sales Manager to join our sales team in our Tucson, AZ properties. This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven individual passionate about AV solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients, corporate partners, and event planners.
  • Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, upselling AV solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and presentations to promote Royal Productions' services.

Event Consultation & Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and recommend tailored AV solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of AV services for events, ensuring seamless delivery.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

  • Work closely with on-site AV technicians and operational staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve operational and client satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure alignment of sales and operational strategies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for events, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on AV technology trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in AV sales, event production, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AV equipment, technology, and live event production.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
