Job Summary:

Noise New Media is seeking a highly motivated, detail-obsessed, wildly creative, Digital Coordinator who thrives in the fast-paced world of live entertainment. This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience (internships or freelance included), who can write a killer caption, juggle multiple campaigns at once, and isn’t afraid to jump on a Zoom call with a client. A passion for comedy is a must — you’ll work closely with stand-up clubs, comics, and festivals to bring their online presence to life and help sell out shows.

We are extremely client focused, and have helped our clients increase their online ticket sales year over year. Cumulatively, we market the sale of more than 13.2 million tickets per year.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Social Content & Scheduling

  • Be happy, smile, and bring a positive attitude to our team
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Help manage day-to-day execution of content calendars.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for all campaigns
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Maintain awareness of current social media marketing and online advertising trends and techniques
  • Write copy and create elements for marketing emails

Email Marketing

  • Draft and schedule email campaigns
  • Work with team leads to refine messaging and track performance.
  • Manage and maintain list segments in multiple email management systems (Mailchimp, Hive, Constant Contact, Ticketmaster, etc)

Campaign Coordination

  • Support paid media execution and analytics tracking.
  • Maintain internal trackers, project management boards, and creative libraries.

Creative Copywriting

  • Write engaging captions, email copy, ticketing info, and content ideas.
  • Match voice and tone to a range of events from Comedy Clubs to State Fairs and Music Festivals

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years professional online marketing experience
  • Thorough knowledge of online marketing and social media content creation
  • Expert knowledge of main social media platform functionality including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit etc
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Drive, Wordpress and Google Adwords
  • Understanding of basic Photoshop functions and ability to resize/manipulate layered Photoshop documents
  • Understanding of basic video editing and ability to pull together reels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage several different projects simultaneously

Great to Have:

  • Experience with any aspect of comedy clubs, comedians, tours, music festivals, state/county fairs
  • Experience with ticketing systems and understanding ticket reports
  • Knowledge of comedy industry, contemporary music and radio including Country, Pop and Rock

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role. In-Office (Nashville)

Paid Time Off:

10 Business Days per year, beginning at hire date. Hours are accrued on hire-date anniversary and may not exceed 10 business days.

Salary:

$47.5 - $52.5K
