The successful candidate will provide comprehensive estate planning, estate administration, and related services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and charitable organizations. This role offers an opportunity to work with a team of highly credentialed attorneys in a collaborative and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sophisticated estate plans tailored to clients individual needs
• Draft complex legal documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and various types of specialized trusts
• Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies and asset protection
• Assist with estate and trust administration, including probate matters
• Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust-related issues
• Provide counsel on charitable giving techniques and the formation of charitable organizations
• Handle international estate planning for clients from South America, the Caribbean, and Europe
• Participate in estate and trust litigation when necessary

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida Bar
• 5-15 years of relevant experience in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and trust administration
• Florida Bar Board Certification in Wills, Trusts, and Estates is highly desirable
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus
• Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
