Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant Location Costa Mesa, CA :

Job Summary Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant position is available with an excellent learning and advancement opportunity in a growing successful business that is currently expanding. The position is both an administrative assistant to the company's upper management staff and an Executive Assistant to the owners of the company.

Candidates must be responsible with excellent interpersonal and organization skills, presentable, reliable, trustworthy, with a positive attitude and good professional ethics.

We are willing to train any candidate that does not have extensive experience but otherwise is a good fit.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to support **upper management** and the **owners of the company ** in overseeing operations across **multiple locations throughout Orange County, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some experience in **bookkeeping, payroll, HR, expense management, and operations coordination.**

-- **Key Responsibilities:**

**Management, Finance & Payroll** -

learn to Manage **QuickBooks**, financial tracking, and expense reporting - Oversee **tuition management**, including increases & enrollment tracking - Ensure **payroll accuracy, overtime approvals, and labor compliance**

**HR & Operations** -

Assist with **hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations** - Maintain **employee records, compliance audits, and reports** - Coordinate with **HR and directors across multiple locations**

**Administrative & Coordination** -

Update and maintain **excel

spreadsheets, calendars, and other tracking systems** - Manage **vendor communication, invoices, and facility maintenance** - Ensure **compliance with labor laws and company policies**

**Marketing & Social Media** -

Oversee **marketing efforts, social media updates, and brand consistency** - Communicate with **consultants and the company's marketing teams** ---

**Qualifications & Skills**

✔ **2+ years of office and administrative experience**

✔ Strong **organization, time management, team player and communication skills**

✔ Training will be provided.

✔ Ability to **multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment** ---
