Job Description
Volt is immediately hiring for a General Labor associate in Willows, Ca As a General Laborer you will: •Fiberglass product is compressed by machine, wrapped in polyurethane and shipped by bale loads fastened with plastic strapping.
•Packaging operators work 12 hour shifts at 14 shifts per month with seven daytime shift and 7 nighttime shifts.
•Workers utilize personal protective equipment consisting of steel-toe boots, protective glassware, ear plugs, hard hats, and an optional face mask
•Operating packaging equipment, performing quality control inspections, and problem-solving to ensure the safe and smooth operation of equipment, product, and the worker
This is a
full- time temp to hire opportunity.
Shift: Rotating schedule The ideal candidate must meet the following: •Must be flexible with schedule
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Lifting 20 lbs. consistently.
•Must have prior manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience
•Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
Pay Rate: $20/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
