Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic vendor management professional to oversee the selection, onboarding, offboarding, management, and performance of external vendors and service providers for IM Global LLC. This role ensures that all vendors meet the organization's standards for quality, budget, compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Introduction & Qualification: Lead the vendor onboarding process including due diligence, background checks, qualification audits, and compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
• Vendor Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of vendor selection, onboarding, ongoing assessment, and offboarding. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all vendor interactions.
• Performance Monitoring & Compliance: Develop and maintain performance scorecards using KPIs such as delivery timeliness, product/service quality, complaint resolution, and compliance rates.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, including terms related to payment cycles, payment timeliness, performance guarantees, penalties, and deliverables . Ensure contract terms are fully executed and risks are mitigated.
• Cost & Risk Control: Analyze cost structures and monitor payment realization to ensure cost-effectiveness and control return on investment. Proactively identify and manage supply-side risks.
• Process Standardization: Implement and continuously improve structured procedures for vendor evaluation, selection, performance reviews, and exit strategies to ensure consistency and security in the supply chain.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the key point of contact for vendor relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships are built on mutual trust, transparency, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management with a focus on sourcing, onboarding, compliance, and contract governance .
• Strong knowledge of vendor due diligence, risk management, and cost control strategies .
• Familiarity with procurement best practices and supply chain quality standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the logistics industry is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
