POSITION PURPOSE
Acts as a resource to the Flight Training Coordinators, Training Managers and Crew Resource groups by providing on-site advice, guidance, assistance, and direction in all aspects of the Flight Training coordination position, performance management, and associate relations. Initial training of new hire flight training coordinators and yearly recurrent training of current employees to include, but not limited to, Fox, and AQP as well as the Pilot contracts. Maintains a high level of customer service within the workgroup. Identifies training needs, performs special assignments, creates, and recommends programs and tools that enhance the flight training coordinators

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to understand and work at an abstract level and utilize technology as a tool to solve complex scheduling problems.
DECISION MAKING
Makes decisions daily on use of resources, performance and budgets. Decisions could require additional expenditure of resources if not sound decisions.
