Job Description



Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monthly and quarterly business reviews with domestic and international third-party business partners.
  • Conduct data analysis to aid leadership in making informed and accurate business decisions. (Including but not limited to cost/pricing analysis; outsourcing analysis; labor analysis; and more)
  • Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.
  • Observe existing processes, suggest enhancements, design, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Generate regular data reports for review by leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support operational teams within the distribution and fulfillment department. Gather feedback on how processes could be improved or automated and create action plans to improve.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination across all supply chain functions.

Qualifications



We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain operations and/or distribution, data analytics and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with KPI management and performance tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Acumatica ERP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DOMO is a plus.
