Description

As a Strategic Alliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, with a primary focus on HubSpot. You will be responsible for driving growth through collaboration & fostering key relationships While your focus will be on HubSpot, as we grow, you will also engage with other strategic partners to maximize opportunities for growth, innovation, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all interactions with HubSpot (and other strategic partners in the future).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, including sales growth & customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to align partnership efforts with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews to evaluate the health of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Identify and assess new partnership opportunities that complement the company's goals.
  • Work with partners to create joint business plans, set KPIs, and establish shared goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner products, features, and integrations.
Co-Marketing & Co-Selling Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with HubSpot and other partners.
  • Facilitate co-selling opportunities and support the Sales team with partner-related sales strategies.
Training & Enablement

  • Provide training and enablement resources to internal teams to enhance their understanding of our solution.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Partnership management or Sales.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships, achieving targets and driving measurable growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity or experience working with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Location: Greater Boston Area.
