Hiring a Virtual Intervention Specialist in Ohio Full-Time or Part-Time

• Ohio Intervention Specialist Certification: Valid Ohio teaching license with an Intervention Specialist endorsement, in alignment with Ohio Department of Education licensure standards.
• IEP Development Experience: Proficiency in designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), with a focus on tailored accommodations and modifications.
• Virtual Teaching Experience: Proven ability to deliver remote instruction effectively, particularly with students requiring specialized support.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and collaborate with students, families, and educational staff.
• Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using digital learning platforms and assistive technologies for effective virtual instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customized Learning Plans: Develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans using data-driven strategies that meet students' unique needs.
• Engaging Virtual Instruction: Create and deliver high-quality lessons in a virtual setting, adapting teaching strategies for diverse learning styles.
• Behavioral Support and Management: Use evidence-based behavioral interventions to foster a supportive online classroom environment.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, adjusting instructional approaches as necessary to meet goals.
