Deans is looking for a full-time, hard-working Small Engines Mechanic to join our Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Department. If you have a passion for working with small engines and vehicle maintenance, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing team and develop your skills further.

What We're Looking For:

• Small engine experience preferred.
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills, including brake work, oil changes, and tire rotations.
• Must have your own tools and a tool cart or chest to keep them organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Job Overview:

Job Title: Small Engines Mechanic

Location: Leesburg

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

Pay: $19 - $20 per hour (depending on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $1000 ($200 paid over 5 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire changes, and transmission fluid/filter replacements.
• Conduct repairs on small engines, including 2-cycle motors and other small equipment.
• Operate a forklift and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Keep the work area clean and maintain equipment and stock.
