With 200 custom client websites under our care, we’re looking for a Web Designer who can bring clean design execution, strong WordPress skills, and backend reliability to the team. This is not a full-stack dev role. You won’t be asked to write PHP or build web apps. But you do need to bring a designer’s eye and the technical confidence to manage hosting, plugins, performance, and maintenance across multiple sites. What You’ll Do Build responsive WordPress websites using visual builders like Divi or Elementor Translate wireframes and provided designs into polished, on-brand web pages Manage site setup, plugin installs, backups, hosting updates, and monthly maintenance Troubleshoot bugs, manage mobile responsiveness, and ensure accessibility compliance Collaborate with project managers and designers to execute on brand and on time Support consistency across 200+ client microsites while continuously improving backend efficiency What You Bring 3–5+ years of experience in web design and WordPress site management Strong grasp of visual design principles—you understand what “good” looks like Confidence managing plugins, themes, backups, and performance optimization Experience with Google Analytics, SEO basics, and mobile-first design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to stay cool under deadlines Why You’ll Love Working Here We’re creative, collaborative, and proudly women-led.
