Position Title: Senior SEO Specialist Location : Remote Overview: As a Sr Consultant, Search Engine Optimization, you will develop and implement SEO strategies to support business goals. Main Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive SEO audits of customer websites, documenting findings and recommendations Conducting keyword research, summarizing results, and providing actionable recommendations Analyzing and optimizing website content, meta tags, headings and internal links to improve search engine rankings Developing and implementing backlink strategies Creating content strategy to increase traffic and promote engagement with the website Identifying and resolving website technical issues that may be negatively impacting search engine rankings Monitoring website traffic and performance, share findings and recommendations Conducting competitor analysis Creating reports and trend analysis Staying current on latest industry trends, tools, algorithms and best practices Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in search optimization of eCommerce websites 5+ years experience with HTML, CSS, javascript, and schema.org 3+ years of experience with Search Console, Google Analytics 2+ years experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google/Bing Merchant Center, and Bing Webmaster Tools Knowledge of scripting language like Python is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English proficiency is a must Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations Ability to collaborate with digital marketing, technology, and cross-functional teams Ability to self manage Prior experience in a professional services firm or agency required Experience with content management systems like Shopify a plus PeakActivity
