ProCare Therapy is excited to partner with a school in Lanesborough, MA to fill a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position for the 2024-25 school year. This role focuses on providing dedicated support to Pre-K students using a non-traditional service approach in a low socio-economic community. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language support to Pre-K students.
• Utilize a non-traditional service approach without IEP duties.
• Work with a low socio-economic student population.
• Collaborate effectively with a supportive team to meet student needs.

Requirements:

• Must have active and in good-standing MA SLPA credentials.
• Prefer candidates with school-based experience.
• Embrace team values: anti-racist, neurodiversity-affirming, and collaborative.
• Seek a long-term commitment to the district rather than a short-term assignment.

Additional Information:

• Hours: Full-time, 37.5-40 hours per week, depending on assigned caseload.
