Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the school library, ensuring a welcoming and resource-rich environment for students and staff.
• Curate and manage a diverse collection of books, digital resources, and other learning materials to support the curriculum and encourage independent learning.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into classroom instruction and promote literacy programs.
• Organize engaging library activities, such as book fairs, reading challenges, and author visits.
• Provide guidance to students in research skills, digital literacy, and information sourcing.
• Maintain an organized and efficient cataloging and circulation system.
• Foster a culture of reading and intellectual curiosity among students of all age groups.

Requirements to APPLY 

• A degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a librarian, preferably in a school setting.
• Familiarity with modern library technologies and digital resource management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for education and inspiring young learners.
