Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting reporting and analytic needs around tracking, targeting, and measuring Care Management interventions for ACO patients, primarily by extracting and analyzing data from EPIC. The position will interface into the daily operations of the organization, and will work primarily with Microsoft SQL Studio to query EPIC Clarity, EPIC data extracts loaded into PowerBI, and potentially EPIC Cogito. Work with Care Management operations to identify the parts of the EPIC application that contain data needed for reporting. Research Clarity to identify where the data is stored and how to join the tables. Perform analysis to ensure data requested by the Care Management team returns results that are in line with what is expected. Investigate and troubleshoot if analysis shows results that are different than expected. Participate in discussions about potential enhancements to Care Management workflows within EPIC, to ensure that upstream workflow changes can be captured in downstream reporting as expected. Outline changes needed to reporting queries or extracts to appropriately capture upstream workflow changes. Design and build reports to track Care Management activities and to assist Care Management in identifying priority patient populations where there are opportunities to improve Care Management engagement.
