If you are not already RBT certified, you must have completed the 40 hour RBT online training within the last 4 months before onboarding with Journey ABA.

Job Description:
Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), behavior technicians are responsible for the direct application of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction treatment plans. Behavior Technicians will also gather data. We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and driven clinical professionals to work with our clients.
Qualifications Required and Job Responsibilities:
Candidates with a current/active RBT certification preferred.
Required Availability – After school hours
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Previous experience with children and/or adolescents, personal and/or professional experience with autism, the field of ABA, or any adjacent field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have valid ID and reliable transportation.
Must be fully COVID vaccinated.
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician certification
Direct experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
1-year ABA experience
Work Location:
Multiple locations (we offer in-home services, so the location is dependent upon the client)
