We are recruiting for a number of bright, results-driven and commercially minded individuals to join the Oliver James team here in New York City. No experience is necessary - as an Analyst at OJ you'll benefit from industry-leading training and coaching throughout your career, kicking off with our 12-week Academy which is designed to ensure you are equipped with all the skills and tools necessary to become a part of our next generation of top performers. How is this different to other entry-level recruitment roles? Full recruitment lifecycle training before you join your team and market Dedicated Academy Manager; learn your craft from a recruitment expert Train as part of an Academy peer group (4 - 8 per intake) 121 tailored coaching, specific to your development needs and goals Work alongside some of the top billing recruiters in the WORLD What will I be doing? The role of a recruiter is varied and rewarding; it centres around building and maintaining relationships and networks within your chosen specialism in order to match the right candidates with the right opportunities. Ultimately, it's a sales role; you'll use your powers of influence and business development to ensure you are working on the most sought-after roles, and representing the highest calibre candidates. You'll be undertaking tasks such as: Elevating relationships with our existing candidate network Delivering on client vacancies Generating leads, referrals and other commercial information Prepping and debriefing for interviews Taking candidates to market & developing your own client hiring network Operate as a consultative partner for both clients and candidates, providing expert recruitment advice What's in it for me?
