Job Description

We are seeking a qualified provider to join our treatment team, reporting to the Regional Medical Leader. Candidates must have experience prescribing MAT and an active DEA license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for MAT and psychiatric disorders, both in-person and via telemedicine.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate medical services with support services.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and CARF standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina APN license and MSN degree or higher.
• Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Mission-driven and self-starter with the ability to work across teams.
• Willingness to commute to the Durham clinic up to 2 days per week.

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO, medical and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and wellness perks.
