Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist
Deaconess Health System - Evansville, IN

Deaconess Health System is seeking a motivated Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will proactively source and engage high-quality physician candidates through strategic outreach and digital marketing. You'll work closely with our physician recruiter to support the full recruitment cycle, from lead generation to interview coordination and site visit planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of physician candidates.
• Directly engage potential candidates via phone, email, text, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with recruiter to develop position profiles and marketing materials.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate travel, lodging, and itineraries.
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as credentialing documentation and relocation support.
• Maintain candidate tracking systems and provide status updates on active searches.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background in healthcare, recruiting, marketing, or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong tech proficiency (Microsoft Office, internet research).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
