Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive career Personal Assistant to support a music artist based in Jersey City, NJ. This role demands a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage both personal and professional responsibilities. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, demonstrates exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and upholds the highest level of confidentiality.

This is a mobile role with no designated office space. You will work from various locations in NYC and NJ, traveling alongside the artist as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive personal and lifestyle support: run errands, manage appointments, organize personal spaces, and handle day-to-day tasks.
  • Oversee the organization, stocking, and upkeep of the artist’s home.
  • Manage a complex and evolving schedule, ensuring priorities are efficiently aligned.
  • Serve as a point of contact, interacting professionally with industry professionals, VIPs, and key stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects, including event planning, media coordination, and brand initiatives.
  • Travel frequently with the artist, both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting high-profile individuals or music artists.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, calendar management systems, and communication platforms.
  • A genuine passion for the music industry is highly valued.
  • Must be ready to travel at a moment’s notice.

Salary: $70,000 + benefits stipend

Schedule: There is no set schedule, must have flexibility
