Job Description

Consilio is currently seeking an Entry-Level International Trade Paralegal to join a prominent mid-sized law firm in Washington, DC. This Paralegal will join the dynamic and fast-growing International Trade Group, which represents foreign-based clients and U.S. importers in proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Court of International Trade, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

• This position is set to start in July/August 2025
• This is an Entry-Level Position, and college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Salary : $60,000 + overtime ($70,000 after 1 year)
• Hybrid : Upon completion of training, there is a possibility of working remotely one day a week.

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor filings of trade-related actions in the U.S. agencies and abroad
• Perform on-line and in-person filings before U.S. government agencies and in Federal Courts
• Draft/file routine applications and transmittal letters
• Monitor public files at agencies and courts
• Research and monitor trade-related news and proceedings
• Maintain client case files
• Maintain docketing calendar

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.6 GPA.
• Able to make a 2 year commitment
• Strong research and writing skills.
