Title - Sales Representative

Location -Onsite Coldwater Michigan 49036

Duration – Fulltime/Direct Hire Role

Pay range - $75,000 to $120,000

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, traveling to customers, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with the Production team as well as Managing Support Staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in wood veneer/wood products sales or a customer service role in the wood products/forestry industry.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and close sales opportunities, negotiate and manage contracts, and build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Spanish language a plus.
