About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Aggressive Sales Representative to join
our dynamic team. This is a challenging and rewarding role for individuals who thrive in a fast-
paced environment and are driven to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and effectively present and close
sales.
 Prospect and qualify leads: Utilize various channels (e.g., warm and cold calling, email
marketing, networking) to identify and qualify potential clients.
 Negotiate and close deals: Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close
deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
 Build and maintain customer relationships: Provide excellent customer service,
address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Track and report on sales activity: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze
sales data, and goal targets.
 Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
 Contribute to team goals and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications:
 Proven track record of success in sales: Minimum 3-years of experience in Digital and
Legacy advertising sales.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Results-oriented and driven: Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to
exceed targets.
 Competitive spirit and resilience: Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and
overcome challenges.
 Strong work ethic and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage
time effectively, and meet deadlines.
 Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools: Experience with, e.g., Keap,
Infusionsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot].
 Bachelors degree preferred.
