Job Description

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary of $135,000 to $150,000

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA)

Requirements:

• Passion for improving children's vision health
• Active or pending state optometry license
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth
• Organized with superior knowledge of vision
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds
