Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an Operator/General Labor to join their team. As an Operator/General Labor, you will be part of the Tilton General Plant supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong team player mentality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator/General Labor

Location: Tilton, NH

Pay: $19 per hour
Shift: 2nd

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of general manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and moving of materials.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Assist in operations at heights and heavy lifting of 30 pounds or more.
• Follow defined procedures and work direction to support team objectives.

What's Needed?

• Eventual forklift certification will be required.
• Drug screen and background check complete prior to starting
• Willingness to perform and pass physical prior to employment
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• English language proficiency (speak, read, write).
