Container Centralen, Inc (CC, Inc) has rapidly established itself as the largest rack/cart supplier to the North American horticultural industry. We provide the industry with access to approximately 850,000 shipping racks/carts for delivery of live plants to garden center retailers. We operate a unique and powerful business model which allows us to offer high-value asset rental and logistics services to our Customers.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Onsite Operations Representative performs a hybrid job, both driving and assisting our customer onsite in the warehouse. The Onsite Rep operates a 26’ box truck on given routes to recover CC racks at local retailers and will be home every night. Onsite Reps maintain a level of professionalism while supporting our customer onsite through order fulfillment and product sorting. Reports to the Regional Operations Manager.

JOB DUTIES

• Loading, unloading and securing product for transportation.
• Completing product orders on tablets according to SOPs.
• Weekly inventory counts of product onsite.
• Quality control by sorting damaged and ready-to-go product.
• Drive company provided routes in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, etc.
• Operate 26 ft box truck to allow for the delivery and recovery of product.
• Recover and stack product prior to loading (nursery racks).
• Improve customer relationship through professional conduct.
• Periodic travel to Denver based customers (ex: Peyton, CO (Altman) Ft. Lupton, CO (Olsons Greenhouse); Arvada, CO (Welby Gardens))

QUALIFICATIONS

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Able to push and pull stacks of racks
• Able to stand or sit for extended period
• Prior experience in truck driving or related fields preferred
• Proficient in safely operating a 26 ft truck
• Skilled in using tablet-based apps for order fulfillment and procedural tasks
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Holds a valid driver's license
• Maintains a clean MVR, and passes drug/alcohol screening, and background check
• Ability to pass random drug/alcohol screening throughout employment
• Authorized to work in the United States
