Office Management and Marketing

We have an established, small and growing company. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our marketing team and help our business with office administration. Part time and full time are a possibility between the hours of 8 and 5. All work must be done at our business worksite. Remote work is not available for this position. A flexible schedule to accommodate family or other obligations is possible.

On the administrative side, this individual will handle phones, billing, customer service, collections, dispatch, office coordination, and special projects. On the marketing side, the position will involve helping our application and web development team with overall promotion. Depending on the skills and interests of the individual, significant bonuses / commissions are possible with this position.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, the individual should have some background, experience, or training in marketing and have an exceptionally strong work ethic.

Administrative Tasks

- Customer service
- Dispatch
- Answering phones
- Invoicing
- Receiving payments
- Collections

Marketing

You will have the opportunity to become involved in promotion and outreach for the company.

- Develop Graphics for Promotional Materials
- Promote new applications
- Assist in product development
- Attract and coordinate with sponsors and content creators
- Coordinate social media promotion
- Coordinate email campaigns
- Coordinate advertisements with independent contractors
- Develop effective online advertising programs
- Promote our rental business with emails, texts, and phone calls
- Provide documentation support for our sales staff
- Write standard operating procedures over time for company processes
- Compile and manage metrics
- Conduct research online
- Coordinate sales with our customers by phone
- Assist the owner in the implementation of various marketing projects

Compensation
