Job Description:

As the Marketing Coordinator at LMA Marketing and Advertising, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, working collaboratively with our Social Media / Digital Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of creative content and support our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing director, on strategy development and execution for social media and digital marketing.
• Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos, across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, NextDoor, and TikTok.
• Utilize video and photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, TikTok, CapCut, Final Cut Pro) to enhance content quality.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement online marketing strategies, including digital marketing and LinkedIn.
• Assist in copywriting for various marketing materials.
• Assist with keyword research, meta description optimizations, website audits, and competitor analysis for SEO and SEM.
• Utilize analytical skills to help with campaign optimizations.
• Run and monitor paid social campaigns on Meta and Nextdoor 
• Create monthly and quarterly social media and digital reports for client presentations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Attend to administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

• 2 years of experience creating engaging social media content or marketing related experience.
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools (examples: Canva, TikTok, Capcut, InShot, and Final Cut Pro).
• 2 years of experience working with social media platforms for professional use, particularly Meta, LinkedIn, NextDoor, and TikTok.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels, including SEO and SEM.
• Experience creating and monitoring paid social campaigns preferred but not required.
• Strong copywriting and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multitasking and analytical skills.
• Hybrid Position
• BS or BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
