What you will do

Join our team as a Manager of Sales Growth and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic sales growth. We’re looking for a highly organized, technically skilled, and dynamic professional to manage daily office operations, support business development efforts, and enhance sales team efficiency. In this multifaceted role, you’ll blend administrative, technical, and strategic responsibilities to optimize workflows, boost revenue growth, and maintain a productive workspace.

How you will do it

Business Development and Strategic Analysis:

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide pricing strategies and market segmentation.

  • Drive lead generation strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams, ensuring a robust prospect pipeline.

  • Execute go-to-market strategies, identify new revenue streams, and build strategic partnerships.

  • Continuously assess competitive environments and emerging trends to refine growth strategies.

Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Provide administrative support to sales team members, ensuring access to resources and tools.

  • Develop, refine, and implement processes to enhance lead management and sales productivity.

  • Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health, offering actionable insights to leadership.

  • Manage the lead qualification process, aligning prospects with business objectives and sales team strategies.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Serve as the liaison between sales enablement, sales reps, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of objectives.

  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.

  • Recommend improvements to sales processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency and market reach.

Technical Support and System Administration:

  • Provide technical support to sales team members, troubleshooting IT issues.

  • Maintain and update office technology, including software and hardware systems.

  • Serve as a Salesforce administrator, ensuring data accuracy, system updates, and efficient workflows.

  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and CRM management.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.

Office Operations and Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and supplies inventory.

  • Greet and assist visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.

What we look for

  • 5+ years of experience in sales growth, business development, or sales operations, preferably within SaaS.

  • Expertise in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline optimization.

  • Proven track record of implementing strategies that result in measurable revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with tools like HubSpot and DealHub.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.

  • A collaborative mindset with experience working across sales enablement, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
