The Business Administrator is responsible for all reporting, invoicing and bookkeeping, providing accurate data to the C Suite. This position will report to the COO, engage with company leadership, and have broad exposure to this business unit. A bit about Lyra... Your work as the Business Administrator includes several components: Facilitate all monthly billing for Lyra Recovery, utilizing Hubspot, Business Central and other software as appropriate Own the invoicing process including communication with internal/external stakeholders and timeline management to ensure invoices are processed accurately on a bi-monthly basis Generate monthly reports for leadership team, including P&L Our ideal Business Administrator has the following qualifications: Proficiency in bookkeeping, billing and/or AP/AR functions Knowledge of relevant software, preferably Hubspot or Business Central Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Ability to work effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement Lyra Technology Group
