Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services, a leading provider of Pediatric Nursing Services, is recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse to care for a patient in the Chicago, IL, 60634 area. Nurse must take patient to school.

*NEW GRADS WELCOME

*TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

*PARENTS WILL DO ALL LIFTING

Schedule needs:

• Monday through Friday 6a-8p
• Weekends 6a-8p

Patient information:

• 18 Yr Old Female
• G-tube, Trach, Vent Dependent

Requirements:

• Valid IL Nursing license
• Successfully pass a background check
• Current American Heart Association-approved CPR Certification
