Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide assistance and support to policyholders regarding their insurance inquiries and service requests.
  • Policy Management: Process policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering advice and clarifications as required.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction in services provided by the agency.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
  • Customer Focus: A demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-first mindset to handle queries and provide solutions effectively.
  • Problem-solving: Capable of thinking critically and providing applicable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Must possess excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with using CRM systems and other related software tools.
