As a Project Manager , you will have the opportunity to hone your project management skills by procuring, planning, coordinating and executing typically 5 active HVAC Commercial construction projects with budgets ranging from $20M - $40M and 3 proposals in the pipeline. You will play a vital role in the bidding process and develop strong relationships to generate retention and new project opportunities. This is a full-time exempt position. The compensation for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 annually and is based on experience and skillset.
