Job Description
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (e.g. Workday)
• Knowledge of ADA Amendment Act
• Proposed Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7-8a - 4-5p, Hybrid Schedule. Tuesday - Thursday in person, Monday/Friday - remote
HR Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
• Engage directly with associates, Legal and Office of Associate Conduct (if needed) to deliver the interactive process required for purposes of determining and providing reasonable accommodations under the ADAAA
• Review medical certifications and other documentation to determine the eligibility and appropriate status of leave under FMLA and accommodations under the ADAAA
• Provide guidance and problem resolution concerning escalated accommodation issues following established guideline and procedures
• Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate accommodation materials, including medical questionnaires, status updates, notifications throughout the accommodation process
• Track implemented modifications with clear and consistent records throughout interactive process and accommodation decisions
• Educate employees, managers, and HR staff regarding ADA process and considerations in stay at work, return to work and workplace adjustments
