Our client, a growing health care provider in the Private Care industry, is adding to their growing team and seeking a people-focused and highly motivated HR Coordinator who is excited to build their career in Human Resources. This role is essential in supporting employees across various entities by managing onboarding, compliance, benefits enrollment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to assist employees at all levels with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits.
You'll be come a vital part of our culture and help drive human resources policies and procedures at the corporate level. We are seeking an organized and hands-on candidate who is looking for a long-term career in human resources.
