Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy Development: Partner with clients to assess their HR needs and develop strategic plans that align with their business objectives.

Policy Design and Implementation: Create, review, and refine HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.

Talent Acquisition and Management: Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.

Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems, feedback processes, and employee development programs.

Employee Relations: Advise on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Training and Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as leadership, team building, compliance, and HR best practices.

Compliance: Ensure that clients adhere to labor laws and regulations, and provide updates on HR-related legislative changes.

Compensation and Benefits: Assist in designing competitive compensation structures and benefit programs tailored to organizational needs.

HR Audits: Conduct audits to identify gaps in HR practices and provide actionable recommendations.

Change Management: Guide organizations through transitions such as mergers, restructuring, or technological upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Professional HR certification such as CIQHR

Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of international employment laws, HR trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
