Healthcare Recruiter (Travel Nursing)

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Employment Type: Full-time-Hybrid Schedule

Are you an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a proven track record in travel nursing recruitment ? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in connecting top travel nurses with healthcare facilities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Leverage your expertise to identify, source, and recruit experienced travel nurses for short- and long-term assignments.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel nursing professionals, understanding their needs and matching them with the best opportunities.
Client Collaboration: Partner with healthcare facilities to assess staffing requirements, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
Compliance Management: Ensure all candidates meet licensing, credentialing, and compliance standards in line with healthcare regulations.
Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong pipeline of travel nursing talent through proactive outreach, networking, and recruitment strategies.
Negotiation & Onboarding: Facilitate contract negotiations and support candidates through the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

Required: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare travel nursing recruitment .
Proven success in recruiting travel nursing talent and meeting placement goals.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple recruitment assignments.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Knowledge of healthcare staffing and industry regulations.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
