Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00AM ~ 5:45PM with 45-minute lunch break

Responsibilities

1. Generate health insurance premium quotes for clients
2. Assist in processing forms and follow up status with clients
3. Verify insurance eligibility and answer with billing questions
4. Assist in administrative support through multi-tasking of data entry, e-filing, document scanning, and other office duties as requested by the Account Manager

1. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, Adobe: Acrobat
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Minimum 1 year of in group health insurance field is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of office administrative experience is preferred
• Licensed in health insurance is a plus
• Legally authorized to work in USA for long term
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette
