A Financial Services client we represent is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its New York City office. The position is 5 days onsite.

Job Details

• High volume of meetings and calendar management
• Extensive travel itinerary planning
• Heavy expense tracking through Concur
• EA backup and interaction
• After hours remote work required as needed

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 7-10 years of professional work experience -- financial services preferred
• Professionalism, strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proactive, motivated, can keep up with fast paced environment
• Proficient in heavy calendar management, Excel, and Power Point
• Concur experience for travel and expenses
• Ability to read the room and enhance a positive culture
• Team player mentality

Compensation/Benefits

• Salary Range: $130k-$145k annually, based on experience
• Bonus eligible
• Paid overtime
