The ideal candidate for this role will have 7 + years of Estate Planning experience and be licensed to practice law in Oregon. • At least 7 years of estate planning, business, andor tax experience
• JD Degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Oregon Bar, in good standing!
• Excellent BusinessClient Development talent (you dont need to have a book of business, even though thats a plus!)
• Client-focused mentality, setting clear expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing a talented and experienced team, including Associates and legal staff, with the ability to delegate work efficiently
• An ability to manage a large volume of cases
• An interest in the business side of the firm
